Case referred for evaluation of pancreatitis in a young non alcoholic male with normal spiral CT scan abdomen and MRCP He had 5-6 admissions for pain in abdomen with gastroenterologist of surat.
His EUS was done at Muni Seva Ashram, Goraj
EUS FNA and biopsy were Tubulovillous adenoma. Patient underwent surgical ampulloplasty and recovered well.
EUS is the gold standard for work up of pancreatitis and especially should be done after 4 weeks of first attack of pancreatitis.
