A 40 year old DIABETIC male came with complain of decrease in vision in left eye. On detailed eye examination, it was found that patient had macular edema ( collection of fluid in central part of retina). (Figures 1 and 2 - Red arrows). At that time patients vision in left eye was 6/24 (3 lines on vision chart). After 2 Anti - vegf injections inside the eye, patients vision improved to 6/6 (all the lines on vision chart). (Figure 3).
